Derry City have received ticketing and travel details for the Setanta Cup Final.
City fans will be accommodated in the Railway Stand and City End of the Oval with ticket prices as follows:
Adult Seats– £15
Concession seats – £8
Adult Terrace – £12
Concession Terrace – £6
The stadium will be divided into 4 separate areas:
The Main Grandstand,
The Railway Stand,
City End Terracing,
Sydenham End Terracing.
Access to the stadium will be via the Parkgate Drive gates for players and officials, The Main Grandstand & Sydenham End Terrace. Access to the stadium for Railway Stand and City End Terrace is via Dee Street and the covered walkway.
Main Grandstand: 1200
Sydenham End Terrace: 700
Railway Stand : 1600
City End Terrace: 1000
300 seats will be available for sponsors etc if required in the Main Stand Lower Deck.
Parking and viewing is available for disabled persons but must be booked in advance.
The Match will be all ticket. Arrangements for the sale of tickets will be made by the Setanta Sports Cup Organizing Committee & competing clubs. A contingency plan will be in place for supporters arriving without tickets and will be discussed with PSNI / Clubs.
Guests and Crusaders FC supporters should access to the stadium via the Parkgate Drive turnstiles and use the Main Stand and the Sydenham End Terracing.
Derry City supporters should access the stadium via the covered walkway at Harkness Parade / Dee Street Bridge and use the Railway Stand and City End Terracing.
There will be no tickets for sale at the Oval on match day. (Subject to confirmation)
Under no circumstances will supporters be transferred between areas.
Due to overcrowding issues supporters who purchase tickets for the opposition area may be denied access to the ground
Parking and viewing for Disabled persons is available but must be pre -booked. Access will be via the main gates and the viewing area is situated on the lower deck of the main stand. There are no facilities for disabled spectators on the Railway Stand or City End Terrace area of the ground.
1 carer will be admitted with each ticket holding disabled person, free. They will be briefed in respect of evacuation procedures and safe areas prior to kick off by the Event Manager. Any person requiring a personal Safety Plan (PSP) should contact the Event Manager in advance.
DEE STREET ENTRANCE/EXIT GATES
Derry City supporters will enter and exit the ground using the City End turnstiles, having approached the ground from Dee Street Bridge and through the covered walkway at Harkness Parade.
8 Event Sec Stewards search supporters at the turnstile end of the covered walkway. The PSNI are asked to provide support at this location. Any supporter without a ticket should be turned away.
Any supporter (with or without a ticket) who appears to be under the influence of alcohol should be brought to the attention of the PSNI. Crusaders supporters will not be allowed to access the ground via this route
UNRESERVED TERRACING -City End
A reduced portion at the city end will be allocated to Derry City supporters. 3 Event Sec will cover the Emergency exit gates (C+D) at the turnstiles and the toilets area.1 x ES will cover the gate at the control from the control side.
RAILWAY STAND SEATED ACCOMMODATION
Derry City Supporters seated accommodation will be in the Railway Stand
Derry City stewards will monitor fans in the stand supported by Event Sec patrol teams as required.
