Despite losing 2-0 on Friday night away to Waterford Utd, Longford
Town manager Tony Cousins was pleased with his side’s performance. The
one thing that disappointed Cousins though was the amount of goal
chances the Town squandered.

After moving back into second position in the First Division on
Friday night, albeit on goal difference, Waterford Utd manager Stephen
Henderson admitted that although his side are in an ideal position
he’s disappointed to be so far behind leaders Derry City.
