Your City, your club!

 

Derry City has always enjoyed a large support amongst the people of the City and further afield. From the record crowds that saw City lift the IFA Cup in the mid 1960s, to the thousands that travelled the length and breadth of the country when City entered the League of Ireland in 1985.

As former captain Peter Hutton once said “Nobody owns Derry City F.C. apart from the people of Derry.  It was the people and the city who saved the club.  Derry is a close-knit place, a small community, they care about their club”.

The club aims to maintain a database of supporters to keep the “Red and White Army” informed of the latest happenings at the Brandywell.  This will be used for communication purposes
