Sammy Morrow joined Derry City in July 2007 from SPL side Hibernian. He was a regular in the Northern Ireland U21 squad and also played with Ipswich Town and Livingston.

Morrow, raised in Limavady, has recently had a horrendous time with injury missing the latter part of last season and he will also miss the early pasrt of the 2008 season.

All City fans will be hoping to see him back in the Candystriped jersey soon, following an impressive start to his Derry City career last season.
